Step 2 – *NEW USERS* click the green button that says “New portal user? Register an account here!”
Step 3 – Enter the email address that you used to request service with AiroNet (probably the one you used when filling out the http://request.aironet.co)
Step 4 – If you used the correct email address, you will get the following confirmation. Then you will receive an email with the subject “AiroNet customer portal account creation” that contains a link that you must click to finish within 24 hours.
Step 5 – After clicking the link you received in your email, you will be directed to a page that looks like the below picture. From here you must enter your email address that you registered with (if you need this changed, please contact us). Then you need a username that will be used for logging into the portal (*YOU CAN NOT USE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AT THIS TIME FOR YOUR USERNAME). Then you must set your password, and confirm your password (the password must be at least 8 characters), then click the blue button to create your account.
After you enter the correct information and your username \ password is set, you will get this confirmation and you will be able to login to your portal account with AiroNet!
